Over the time we found that hot & cold eye compresses help relieve Dry Eyes, Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD), Styes, Cysts, Conjunctivitis, Itchy Eyes, Tired Eyes, Puffy Eyes, Swollen Eyes, Dark Circles, Wrinkles, and more.
Proven Comfort and Fit
Your Eye Mask has been designed with an elasticated strap that adjusts to all head sizes and most importantly helps to keep the eye mask in place. This means that the gel pack inside the mask molds perfectly to the shape of the eyes/face, which leads to optimum relief. The comfort and fit ticks all the boxes, through its light and soft silk mask, with secure straps to keep the compress in place.

Quick Q&A
Can it be used when sleeping?
It is not recommended that you use the gel pack whilst sleeping if you choose to use either hot or cold. This is because when you are asleep, you are not able to determine if there is any pain to the same extent as when you are awake. So for safety reasons, please do not wear when sleeping.
How do you wash it?
The ice pack can be washed with warm water with no detergents. The fabric strapping can be washed with soap and water.
Can I buy replacement gel packs?
Sadly we don't sell replacement gel packs.
Can you heat this product in the microwave?
Yes, you can heat it in microwave for hot therapy, but make sure you check the heat before wearing it on the eyes.
Can the product be used both hot and cold?
Yes it can. If you want to use it cold you can place it in the fridge to chill it down, or the freezer for a deeper and longer cold. Please be careful with the cold and only apply it if it is comfortable to do so.
How long does the warmth last?
Once heated it will last around 15 mins, but we recommend you don't use it for more than 10 mins per application.
How frequently can you use it?
We recommend once per day, but if you want to use it more you should get clearance from your healthcare practitioner.
Is it a reusable product?
Yes! The gel packs can be used hundreds of times. We include two gel packs in the package in case one deteriorates over time.
Is it suitable for use with children?
This is a question that you'll have to take to your healthcare practitioner. We haven't tested the product with children so this is an area where we can't provide any guidance for you. As we don't have the data, we ask that the product not be used on Children (18 years or under).

- Chill It: Take the eye gel packs out of the box and place it in the freezer. Let it chill for 5-6 hours so it gets cold enough.
- Wear It: When you need relief, take the eye gel pack out of the freezer and wear it on your eyes. Wear it for about 15 minutes each time.
- Repeat as Needed: After each use, put the gel packs
back in the freezer. This way, it'll be ready whenever you want to use it again. - That's it! Just chill, wear, and repeat for soothing relief whenever you need it.
For external use only. It should be consumed within 6 months after opening it. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and contact a physician. Do not apply on irritated or cut skin. Store under 30 degrees. Keep out of reach of children.
